Every week, two of the Best Fans in Baseball (TM) bring you all the news and analysis you need about the St. Louis Cardinals.  It wasn't quite a great or even dry week, but the Cardinals did win some games and stayed in second in the NL Central.  Daniel (@C70) and David (@iPopEditor) talk about Matthew Liberatore and his attempt to keep pace with Jacob Misiorowski in the Memorial Day game.  The guys also discuss the debuts of Brycen Mautz and Bryan Torres as well as the impending return of Lars Nootbaar.  Not a bad way to wrap up your holiday weekend!

GTBH 5/11/26: Not Bad, Could Be Better

Every week, two of the Best Fans in Baseball (TM) bring you all the news and analysis you need about the St. Louis Cardinals.  A series win in San Diego slipped through the Cardinals' fingers, but Daniel (@C70) and David (@iPopEditor) are still encouraged by the .500 run against Milwaukee and the Padres.  Can the offense get on track and will Lars Nootbaar's impending return help matters?  The pitching--and especially Michael McGreevy--was strong this week.  Can we trust it?  Finally, Rainiel Rodriguez is on his way to Springfield.  What should we expect from him?  All that and much more!

Every week, two of the Best Fans in Baseball (TM) bring you all the news and analysis you need about the St. Louis Cardinals.  Even though the Cards lost on Sunday, Daniel (@C70) and David (@iPopEditor) were pretty pleased with the week that was.  Was Monday night in Pittsburgh a real turning point to the team?  Why is everyone concerned about Shohei Ohtani anyway?  And will the NL Central please stop winning?  It's been a great week and it's a fun show!

GTBH 4/26/26: Crashing Back To Earth

Every week, two of the Best Fans in Baseball (TM) bring you all the news and analysis you need about the St. Louis Cardinals.  Last week, the Cards were flying high.  This week, reality thumped them in the face.  Daniel (@C70) and David (@iPopEditor) spend a lot of time talking about the slumping bullpen, but the rotation and some of the bats (hello, Mr. Walker) get a little focus as well.  It's not all been bad....just most of it, but we knew that going in.  So was the winning a good thing or a bad thing?

GTBH 4/19/26: Leaving Space City on a Rocket

Every week, two of the Best Fans in Baseball (TM) bring you all the news and analysis you need about the St. Louis Cardinals.  It wasn't easy, but the Redbirds picked up their first sweep of the season, going to Houston and coming out with three straight Ws.  Is this team for real?  More reasonably, will they wind up better than the Mets this season?  How long can the pitching walk this tightrope?  Are some of the slumbering bats like Ivan Herrera and Masyn Winn waking up?  And is there hope for Nolan Gorman?  Can Victor Scott II get back to stealing bases?  So many points and a lot of them are positive!

GTBH 4/13/26: After The Sugar Rush

Every week, two of the Best Fans in Baseball (TM) bring you all the news and analysis you need about the St. Louis Cardinals.  Things have started to taper off (well, not Jordan Walker) and some of the initial optimism about this team has faded.  Daniel (@C70) and David (@iPopEditor) marvel over Walker, then get into some less happy things like the pitching rotation, Matt Svanson, and Nolan Gorman.  We thought it'd be a rough season going in and it's still looking like it, but there are silver linings in all clouds!

GTBH 4/6/26: No One Said It Would Be Easy, But No One Said It'd Be This Hard

Every week, two of the Best Fans in Baseball (TM) bring you all the news and analysis you need about the St. Louis Cardinals.  The Cards are 5-5 in their first 10, but they were six outs away from being 6-4 and those six outs--or rather, what happened around the outs--happened right before this show which means Daniel (@C70) and David (@iPopEditor) aren't in the most forgiving of moods.  The guys talk about the bullpen and when and how it might have a different look, then discuss the early highs and lows of Jordan Walker and Nolan Gorman.  Dustin May's name gets dropped as well, so there's a mix of everything in this one!
